Bonnie Thompson
Chief Executive Officer/PresiDENT
A longtime member of the hospitality and fitness industry, Bonnie transitioned into construction by way of real estate 15 years ago focusing on procurement, contracts and operations. As a licensed Realtor, she's built, bought, and sold real estate in the Denver Metro market, developing land in the SFR and multifamily realm.

Concrete divison operations
Coming up through the ranks, Edgar and Matt have known each other since 2001 when they were both on a crew together. They have maintained a friendship over 2 decades long. With over 25 years experience, Edgar is a master cement mason, proficient at all things concrete related. He runs our concrete division, handling everything from flatwork to foundations.
Matt thompson
Director of Operations
Matt has been involved in hundreds of projects ranging from commercial shopping center development to large multifamily. His expertise is asphalt/concrete, shallow foundations, and civil work; However, he is heavily experienced in field engineering, development of small multifamily, Single-Family Residence, and insulated concrete forms (ICF's). He has a passion for "Green" construction, including ICF's, SIP Panels and Geothermal heating/cooling. He is involved and handles operations with Mountain States Asphalt, and performs the same duties with Mountain States Services.

With over 25 years of experience in Financial Services Ryan has a passion for customer Service and putting the client first. His experience meeting with clients to understand their needs, wants and goals to plan for their future and the next generation, compliments the thought leadership and relationships that are built when constructing projects that demand special attention.
